My rig with 2xSapphire R9 280X Vapor-X runs at 2 * 650Kh/s Sad
And the rig with 2xSapphire R9 290 runs at 2*700Kh/s Sad

That's incorrect when it comes to both 7950 and 280x.
Sweet spot for 280x and high core clock for 7950, atleast for mine Smiley

Setup Sapphire trixx vdd voltage to: 1181 (GPU-z shows VDDC voltage: 1.115 V, going lower, system will become probably unstable).
cgminer (put temp. settings as you wish...): --shaders 2048 -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --auto-fan --gpu-memclock 1485 --gpu-engine 1080 --gpu-powertune -20 --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --no-submit-stale
