Can anyone help what is the cryptocurrency that has the option to revoke (or something like that) a transaction if the second party in the transaction did not fulfill his trade?

I read that type of cryptocurrecy before but I can't remember what was that coin....
I believe I read that in this forum website.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

To me it sounds like you're looking for the term multisig escrow / wallet!
