Is there actually any workplace or business that pays its employees in Bitcoin? I bet this was thought of already just crossed my mind as I would be interested in doing that.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I've heard of a few companies allowing their employees to be paid in BTC, including a police chief in the states

Of cause it's up to the employee and employer how they get paid
