Well I sell my altcoins and tokens for Bitcoin on exchanges and than withdraw those Bitcoins into my wallet and than later sell those Bitcoins for cash through LocalBitcoins. Although people can also sell their altcoins for Bitcoin and than sell those Bitcoin for fiat on exchanges and later withdraw that fiat directly to your bank accounts.

ICO is legit with long-term holding potential with their innovative product that solves a problem then I will say you hold it, don't rush to sell once it hits an exchange you will regret it later based on my experience, real price starts when the product launches and it took some months and in rare cases year to complete and be usable, but if you really need to sell it then wait for 1 month after the exchange release because some dumpers will surely bring the price down.

I use telegram bots (BTC banker, ETH banker etc.), there is the best course and a small commission for withdrawal.
