Is there a good place to keep up with future alt coin launches besides here?

Is there a reputable place that keeps track of upcoming alt coin launches besides this forum? The problem I see is you really have to be checking every day or multiple times a day here due to the sheer volume of posts. Is there a blog or website that has a list of new coins?
