THAT'S awesome, they has to be the BIGGEST COOLER I've have ever seen on a USB device, I think you should try to clock that up more with one of those resister changes and see if you can't get 3 or 4 GH out of that puppy!

Hmm, be careful with that overclocking. You risk causing your device to become self-aware.  Shocked

That only works for Bender units.
P.S. I still have PaintShopPro6

Be careful DHS see's that flying and might shoot it down, but then it makes me think 'what if' we could keep it flying at 1000 mph at the equator in direction of sun rotation of of the earth with some solar panels -> free AirMining 24x7 Smiley unlink off a satellite.  We can dream...

I'm looking to get on the next batch. Was hoping for an alternate payment method as I haven't sufficiently mined coin. Embarrassed

I noticed a few posts looking for optimal overclock settings. I've been running software overclocked at 2.2 (cooled) with the following start up settings in minepeon with bfgminer. Note the "Icarus" inclusion delivers an error on running but I can't argue with it's outcome 2.2GH/s all day long with zero rejects and very low errors. Without the "Icarus" statement no matter what timing I put in, they appear to cap out at 2.0GH/s.

Code:
/usr/bin/screen -dmS miner /opt/minepeon/bin/bfgminer -S all -c /opt/minepeon/etc/miner.conf --set-device antminer:freq=0881 --icarus-options 115200:2:2

Thanks for the comments! I am really interested in trying to replace the resistors with the 4.99 and 10k and see what i can get it to.. with the du-orb on it stays really cool with the 09 setting with low hw errors in cgminer. I haven't tried bfgminer yet does it improve hw errors and oc stability at all?

Drgreen451 - If you fry it, I'll replace one for you for free, I'd love to see what you can really get out of it, just do it slowly (i.e. 200 MHz a day) until it stops being stable.  Be nice if there was a temp sensor readout on them.

Also - I just got a tracking # for 500 more - should be arrival on Monday, will update over the weekend progress of package.  Once it hits Alaska, it's usually 1 day away.

I'm interested in trying the same thing. I have resistors in a box somewhere around the house, curious to see how fast they can really go while maintaining stability.
