In Ubuntu terminal for pywallet.py. I see the following options, but no "--web":

Options:
--version            show program's version number and exit
-h, --help           show this help message and exit
--dumpwallet         dump wallet in json format
--importprivkey=KEY  import private key from vanitygen
--datadir=DATADIR    wallet directory (defaults to bitcoin default)
--testnet            use testnet subdirectory and address type
--password=PASSWORD  password for the encrypted wallet

It might have something to do with downloading the file from:
http://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/information.html
(top of page)

The rest of the internet says to download from:
https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet

However, I don't get it because all I see is a script.... no file to download.

Two questions:

Is there another place to download pywallet.py as a file or am I supposed to do something with this script? (I am very new so could my question be answered like I am in 5th grade)?
Or can "--web" simply be added to the list of options described above?

I have been trying to clear my TWO 0/unconfirmed bitcoin transactions for about 3 weeks now, so any help would be appreciated.

Disregard, I figured it out. I guess I can't delete or close this post.
