I don't think Facebook will directly pay the user the advertising fee!
Will send users some similar coupons for spending on Facebook!
The essence of capitalists is to make money!
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Facebook is not a philanthropist, the purpose of the company is to make money!
Facebook is now facing serious problems with leaking user information and faces huge fines! Certainly will not give users the benefits of advertising fees!
