The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I guess they have other problems than going after some small websites using latin proverbs... I wouldn't use the coat of arms on the website though, as it has not really anything to do with Bitcoin mining.
