The problem with most of Bitcoin investors is that they are always late to the party and don't have the balls to be able to invest in anything as volatile as Bitcoin.

How many of you people who have been waiting for cheap coins actually bought in when they were sub $500 when I was telling everyone that $400 was the LOW? Only the smart ones. The smart ones see the market and have the balls to buy in and have the balls to keep holding whilst the market dips and jumps.

If you keep waiting for a price drop you will always be waiting because it won't ever drop low enough for your stupid mind to trigger a buy.

At some point you have to make a choice, do you believe in Bitcoin long terms? If so, then buy and hold on for dear life.

I bought at $120. Sold at $390 and rebought at $280. Sold at $800 and rebought at $500. Sold at $1150 and rebought $950. Sold at $1150 rebought $600. Sould at $1000 rebought $500. Sold (most) at $800. I am once again sold because the current chart/volume is incredibly weak, manipulated, and China driven. I am waiting to see real volume, and support, preferably without China involved at all.

I am waiting to see real volume and support...

Look at the volume for the April bubble and the volume for this one... I think a rise on the current volume is the closest thing we get to stability - and it's still a very fast rise by all standards.

If you had much more volume then it's just back to boom and bust. I think many people here have developed a tolerance to the roller coaster and can't get high of something that might only grow 500% next year!

First:
make your decision/opinion about the future of bitcoins.

Second :
Make a personal forecast/estimation for the value of bitcoins in about 1 or 2 years

than conclude:

is your personal value-forecast/estimation >let`s say 2000 €/BTC than ist dosn`t really matter at what Price below 1000 €/BTC you are going to buy BTC.
The higher your personal value-forecast/estimation  the less does it matter.

You will be on the winning side either way.

So did I:
Quote
Bought and hold
Now I am watching very relaxed and amused price-movements.

The only thing to strictly be applied is:
Quote
put only money in BTC you can afford to lose.

IMHO: BTC is
Quote
a- once-in -a-life -chance
to participate in a revolutionary changing monetary System[in case this will happen]

You are my hero. I never saw someone so cool trading.

Cos I'm not that clever and most time loose at trading. So I just buy, hold and hope it will be the right choice.

In case I calculate right, you increased your amount of money more than factor 68 in a few month.

it means, in case you invested around 15000$ you should have more than 1 Mio US$ now  Shocked
