The centralized exchange will most likely need a KYC. The decentralized exchange will not.

Was that the automatic swap or do I have to do anything else? Thanks!

No. This is not fork.
There is old ohni token before. Most of old-ohni Devs migrated to new-ohni project. So the old-ohni holder will get a new ohni swap (ratio 10%). That means if you hold 1000 old ohni, eligible to get 100 new-ohni
