Hello, I need to transfer some BCH from HitBTC to Ledger Nano. As you know, Ledger Nano doesn't support new address format. Checking my address on explorer.bitcoin.com, it convert automatically my old address to the new one. My question is, can I transfer my BCH from HitBTC to this new address safely? Will I see the transaction (and manage my money) on my ledger nano wallet normally?

Thanks!

Yes, you will.
The blockchain doesn't make use of Addresses, it uses public keys.
When you hash a public key a particular way you get an address, these addresses are what wallets use.
Since the 2 address formats have the same public keys your wallet will be able to see and spend them since it has the private key.

Simple and clear. Thank you very much.

Of course you can see the transaction on your Ledger Nano wallet. Ledger Nano doesn't support the address format. You can use your hash key to it.

I guess this is not problem because its happing because of security issues so it not problem that you cannot change your address but you can use public key & private key so you can get solutions from there if you use this it may solve your problem.
