This is a very fair introduction price IMO.

Worth keeping in mind that the max block reward for Kitteh is 100k, whereas Doge can reward up to 1M.. This makes the average Doge block 10x bigger than the average block of MEOWs.

...and therefore the price should be 10x that of DOGE.
