How big is this site compared to seals?

tournaments are huge because they share player pool with wpn but not for ring games

Ok sounds cool. WPN = winning poker network?

That is correct and we feature huge daily tournaments, weekly and monthly as well as the Millions tournament.  Get your bank roll ready:

Win Life Changing Money at www.BetcoinPoker.com - 1,500 BTC ($1,000,000) GTD Winning Millions poker tournament with 330 BTC ($200,000) going to the winner on December 14th, 2014.  Big 10 Daily and free rolls on demand all day - Satellites daily to the Big 1,500 tourney.  Also, try our new Sportsbook at www.BetcoinSports.com

How do you actually handle network cashflows? Do you exchange fiat with the network or do they accept BTC?

Excellent question, our bankroll is well funded in btc to cover our players on all wins and cashouts and we work as a team to ensure maximum liquidity at all times.  Thank you.

get your shit together today the 15 chip betcoin didn't start and i didn't get refunded. It should have started there were 3 people in it at the begining but i coudln't even pull the table up and then it disappears from the lobby!

And god where is my ledger i asked for that a month and a half ago it feels like I lose more chips than i should in tourneys but i can't prove it.

How about a username and an email to support(a)betcoinpoker.com so that we can help you?
I told live support about this the minute it happend, the live support guy said he would message support to get back to me and I haven't had an email from them but the email i sent them about this isn't going anywhere. They don't believe me because they said betcoin tourneys are always refunded.

That is true with regard to Betcoin tourneys, but we will certainly look into it.  Would you like to let us know your username or forward an email that was sent so we know how to handle this matter.  Thank you.

Yea I don't like that I have no records of winnings/losses. Unless I'm missing something, I can't find the place that shows my tourney wins/losses as well as the payouts. I also can't find anywhere that shows me the conversion. It's kinda frustrating to be left guessing which tourneys I won. Am I supposed to bust out old school pen/paper and start tracking games myself? Sad
I was told that I was refunded for the game that was cancelled for whatever reason right before the final table. But I have no way to check to make sure I was indeed. I would love to just take your word for it, but it's 2014...I'd much prefer records.

Holdem Manager 2 works for Betcoin, you could use that to track your wins/losses.

most of my tickets are gone, what happened?

?

The program has changed dramatically with the shared tournaments.  We will be providing more updates very soon, however tickets now are based on ring game hands played and minutes seated.

lol and? wheres my tickets i earned from before?

same here....to be honest don't like it at all.

I understand promo now are changed, but I earned those tickets when old promos where running and I stuck to their conditions and requirements: don't see any fair reason for which I had my tickets removed

You will receive some type of credit, tourney money etc for the tickets that you have earned that is commensurate with the value of the tickets.  We are working on what exactly that will be and it should be finalized by Monday.  We have a record of every single action, ticket, etc that has occurred at BetcoinPoker.com.

We have spent a lot of time, effort and energy programming in the tournament liquidity, coordinating the 1,500 BTC ($1,000,000) GTD tourney, BetcoinSports.com, affiliates etc and unfortunately we can't have everything perfect each time we roll out a new feature, but it will get there and your time effort and energy in winning the tickets along with everything else will be rewarded.

ok as long as we get the same credit for the tickets we had

what about this?

been awhile now what about this?

As a tournament player myself, I always block out time on Sundays for tourneys. I always have. It was like that pre-Black Friday. It was one of the greatest days of the week for a tournament poker player.
