I'm going to be honest, it's a little aggravating seeing you advertise for your VIP program so often when many people are short hundreds/thousands of SP and BP for weeks now.  Any update as to when that is going to get rectified?

The only issue with the VIP system which has been announced since the beginning is that WPN tourneys and sng's are not being included in the total but should be by end of March and we hope to have them applied retroactively to 1/1/15.  This has been stated since the beginning and is the only issue with the VIP system.

The VIP system applies to a multitude of other aspects of the gaming space at Betcoin and has worked extremely well since inception and been very popular.

Nowhere in that article you post nor in any of the links it links to does it say "WPN MTTs and SNGs are not currently tracked correctly".  This is a pretty big component for a lot of people since those comprise 99%+ of the MTTs and SNGs offered through your software.  So for someone like me who put in a little bit of volume (placed in the SNC leaderboard 2 of the last 3 weeks), it's pretty frustrating because not only am I not getting my current rakeback, but I'm missing out on my future rakeback since I am short all of these SPs (which would bump me up to the next rakeback tier/tiers).

In fairness I will say that my casino play has been tracked correctly.

I've never had a problem with receiving payment from Betcoin (and I'm talking about more than $1.50)...

Looks like a bunch of FUD if you ask me... Roll Eyes

5 mBTC?  Come on man  Roll Eyes

Deposited 1 mBTC and pwnt some guys in Paris sit&go then tried to withdraw my 5 mBTC. After 11 hours the withdrawal was still pending so I posted here to ask WTF is up... I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt that it was security feature for new accounts.

What is urgency of receiving  $1.50?  LOL

My user: acantuta
amount: 201 chips. aprox 0.2BTC

I am still waiting for my payment. Huh

Hello, this is the same issue, there was no confirmation email responded to.  Also, you didn't ever submit a ticket or send an email.  We have many speakers of different languages.  We don't monitor bitcointalk 24/7 for support related questions, but do have a support system in place fore 24/7 support.

Please provide an update for us at your leisure.

Why don't you require an email at signup so these penny clowns stop going beserk when their WD is delayed  by the security features

Don't call scam as soon as you have trouble. Betcoinpoker is working fine, you propably fucked up or you will get proper help.

Turn off the news and read. Watch Psywar, learn something important about our society and PR, why and how it got started and how it brainwashes you.

As always, thanks for your comments, we are debating adding an email as a requirement.  The fact is, however most people submit a ticket if there is an issue and it is solved quickly.  We are glad the person posted the amount as we would not have mentioned it but it is important to see what players in this thread are complaining about!

Hello,

Been playing poker on Betcoin for a month now and I’m really liking it. Everything from the promos/bonuses/rb to the UI/options/table layout(doesn’t make my eyes bleed).  Not to mention Betcoin /WPN supports hem2 (that alone is fooking awesome). And the one withdrawal I’ve made went smoothly.

I do have one minor complaint. Not sure If it’s a Betcoin thing or a WPN thing, but post-flop there is no Pot size bet button, at least not on the cash game tables. So I’d like to kindly request/suggest having a Pot size bet button. It may not seem like a big deal to have to either use the bet slider or type in the amount manually, but it is really annoying when multi-tabling . It would make multi-tabling so much better. From what I’ve been seeing, it seems most players playing cash games are multi-tabling.

Thanks.

PS: If there already is an option to have a Pot sized bet button in the UI, then please pardon my ignorance.

We certainly appreciate you joining us and always appreciate feedback.  As you have pointed out, this is WPN software and control of the user interface.  We will certainly discuss this feedback with the WPN.  As always, we appreciate any thougths, comments, feedback and suggestions anytime.

I've been waiting 24 hours on a withdrawal and support ticket.

People in the chat are upset about delayed withdrawals and no responses from support.

At least update people on what is going on rather than ignoring them. The live chat on the website seems very available and eager to help, but all they have said is that they can't contact support, or everyone is in a meeting, or that they are so sorry.

I get a response from support in about 24-36 hours after treatment. Withdrawals with small sums of money (near 1 btc) can take up to 24 hours. Large amount (more than 1 btc) is withdrawled in 2-3 days. This is my experience.
