It appears that my SP and BP haven't updated for the last 48 hours.  Is there a known problem/lag?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'd like a clarification on how the deposit bonus is released. (Big thanks to support for being awesome and revising my deposit bonus that I screwed up by making 2 smaller deposits instead of 1 larger one)

From what I can see via random observations of my profile info and wallet it seems that the bonus is released into a players' wallet in increments of 4 chips (0.004 btc) every ~160 status points. However in your explanation page it says it is released in increments of 20 chips (0.02 btc) for every 45 status points.

https://www.betcoin.ag/bonuses/1-btc-first-deposit-match-bonus

I could be wrong but there seems to be a large discrepancy between the information provided and reality. I'm not complaining about how fast the bonus is released, I'm very grateful and it's a great promotion, however your information should be correct so you are not providing false promises or misleading players.

Thank you,

            natmccoy

We certainly appreciate your message and are happy to have you.  The program works as follows and one of the key aspects is that they must be Betcoin ring games or tournaments.

Make a deposit of 1 BTC and we will credit your account with a 1 BTC in bonus chips. There has never been a better time to play poker.

The match bonus is released by playing real Betcoin games and tournaments. For approximately every 45 Status Points you earn playing on bitcoin tables and tournaments, 0.02 btc will release from your Pending Bonus Bitcoin into your Real Bitcoin balance.

Please join us in live chat for further discussion anytime.

Your response looks like a pre-written message chosen by a computer program. Did you just copy and paste those sentences from the URL I provided because it's your job to reply to bitcointalk posts? You really did not address my point. From my observations what you say about 45 Status Points = 0.02 btc bonus released is not correct. I released 0.1 btc after 3,800 Status Points. Something does not add up.

I don't mean to sound ornery but that was a very impersonal and ridiculous way to respond.

From my experience playing on the site, the WPN MTTs and SNGs do NOT count for the betcoin bonus chips.  Only the bitcoin cash games.  So if your status points are coming from SNGs or MTTs, odds are they aren't counting towards that specific bonus (I have 4k status points and have released .004BTC worth of bonus).

It's 98%+ from bitcoin cash games.

Got ~a days worth of SP/BP in my account today, but I don't know if it's from Wed, Thurs or Fri.  Either way I'm still short two days worth of SP/BP.  Is this by design?  Is it happening to anyone else?

I dont know about that but the 10 btc freeroll will start exactly 12 hours from my post here, and there is actually a countdown, so you can look for the accurate timer in the sites
