You don't really have to worry. A lot of times what happens is that they have to review cashouts, and then something else more urgent comes up and they never get to reviewing your cashout and it sort of gets forgotten.

Just remind them again or get a hold of them in live chat.

I requested a cashout 10 days ago. When I first asked why it hadnt' arrived I was told that my play is being reviewed and the issue would be resolved within a day. Further Emails kept saying it would be resolved within hours, never happened. Yesterday I wrote again and they said "You have an outstanding withdrawal still?  What is the amount?" to which I replied the very first cashout Ive been waiting for for 10 days now to which they replied nothing (14 hours ago and within their business hours).
I understand and even encourage that they review someones play to make the site safe, but waiting 10 days for a cashout is freaking long and I had planned to turn those bitcoins directly to € which is now more than 10% less. Thank you.

WPN updated their software today and added Jackpot SNGs.  Since they came back up, I'm getting a "you are using an old version of the software" error on Betcoin whenever I try to register a WPN tournament or SNG.  Is there something Betcoin needs to update on their end so that we can access these games?

The player in question quickly spent the bitcoins and usually this doesn't happen when there is an accident.  The person had also never received bitcoin or deposited in the past therefore they knew that the bitcoin was coming.  We can certainly look into this in greater detail for you.

While we don't have a hard date on this, we do expect to have these within our offerings within 2-4 weeks.  The WPN wants to make sure all the bugs are worked out and reporting is proper before introducing it.  We will certainly keep you updated.
