Ya their conversion rate is neither accurate nor quick to update. The only redeeming factor is that I believe (I certainly hope so) they pay out any WPN tourney cashes at the same rate. but a rate that is significantly below market and rarely updates is not likely to make people feel comfortable using the WPN system with bitcoin.

I've been paying attention and they do pay out at the same rate that they charge (4.56x), so there's no worries there.  I'm just wondering why the rate, which used to change daily, hasn't changed in a couple of weeks.

Did Betcoin just crashed earlier? Couldn't connect :\ was in for 2 bullets in the Night Owl hyper turbo. Obviously lost when I could connect already. Could be my ISP tbh.

Is there also already a way to see my tournaments buy-ins history etc? Since I never got repaid buy-ins of cancelled MTTs like a year ago, I still don't trust it and would like an overview.

I was playing on the site uninterrupted up until I logged off ~an hour before you made that post.

I don't think there is a way in-client or through the site to see a list of your previous tournaments.  You could always go into your saved HH folder and figure it out which ones you played.  Or you can use SS for the WPN tournaments.

Just crashed for me in the same tournament. Can't get client to respond, can't connect to server on the flash version of the website. We should certainly get a refund at least.

I've been waiting 36 hours for a refund from the crash two days ago.  Good luck.  My suggestion is to submit a ticket ASAP and have as much documentation as you can about the tournament, especially your ICM#.

Okay I submitted a ticket, we will see what happens. Definitely weird stuff happening on the site from about 2:30 to 5:30am EST, multiple users reporting issues. I hope they find out what the problem was.

I understand you mean well, but I am definitely not mailing them. They clearly had a connection issue that kicked all or most players. So it should be very easy for them to check the logs, see which players were playing in which tournaments and do refunds based on ICM. This would be a very basic / standard thing to do for a poker operator. Seals was doing this all the time w/ d/c problems. Cash game refunds are more difficult, but for tournaments this is pretty straight forward.

Obviously they are failing at this time after time. I am confident I still need refunds from July, OSS refunds were disaster and these issues are still here. I know they do refunds when you instantly cry on support, but being so passive on such an important issue seems very wrong to me. I really think they should prioritize this more because it seriously demotivates me and others to play on their site.

Considering this passive refund policy and considering there have been missing refunds from cancelled tournaments before, I think an overview of played MTTs (incl cancelled) and winnings/buy-in/balance is needed too.

Support made it right. They responded to my ticket promptly, fairly and with understanding. If they continue support of that quality they will do very well.

We will always make the situation right.  As we researched this further, we had one player report the issue to a support ticket and he was taken care of right away.  During that time we had just over 200 players online and no other complaints which is good to see.  We are always here for you and an will always make it right.  Thank you very much for playing with us.

The Daily Double MTT Jackpot

The Daily Double is a daily tournament jackpot that is won by getting 1st place in the following 2 tournaments in 1 night:

#1 9:00pm ET Betcoin Daily Coin 1 BTC GTD (mB50)
#2 11:00pm ET Betcoin 250 GTD Second Chance (mB25)

After placing 1st place in both tournaments create a new forum post and title it Won the Daily Double. Once you do this a member of the Betcoin staff will credit your account with the jackpot amount.

The current jackpot amount

The current jackpot is displayed under the "Upcoming Betcoin Only Tours" heading on the poker homepage.  https://www.betcoin.ag/poker

How the jackpot works

The jackpot is built through tournament fees on Betcoin only tournaments. Every time you pay a fee to enter a tournament Betcoin will match 10% of that fee and contribute it towards the overall jackpot. This 10% contribution by Betcoin is in addition to any fee you pay and does not charge you anything extra. It's our way of saying thank you for playing with us.

You can view a full list of all the Betcoin only tours on our poker homepage.  https://www.betcoin.ag/poker

Follow this link to see how to easily display Betcoin only tours in the poker client.  https://www.betcoin.ag/how-find-betcoin-only-tournaments
