I placed 3rd in  WPN tournament played thru Betcoin today. Never got credted for the money won. Support  says they have to contact WPN because they don't see me as having played the tourny   What kind of craps is this? How can they  not see in the tournys results that I finished 3rd.when its there there now on the pc client.
Is this site running out of money to pay out winnings?

Its not a big amount its $22.50 or about 90 chips. But its troubling to think that if  you win a big one that they could try to pull a stunt  like this.

Did you just make a new account today to post this crap and try to hide a prior post where I indicated I have not received  my wininngs from a WPN tourny.

Seems to me that any time there is anything negative  posted, betcoin support  starts posting 10 inch postings. I am still waiting for a resolution reply to my opened ticket.

This is pretty typical and the reason I don't play on Betcoin. I don't want to monitor my bankroll 24/7 to make sure I got all winnings and refunds, seems they end up "missing" randomly all the time. I hear you...who wants to deal with their unsupportive staff.  They have not paid me any of my cleared bonus as they claim it was paid as Royal Cash. But that is not true. All the Royal Cash payments were for betcoins converted. I think they just try to wear you down to the point its not worth contacting them anymore.

But this tourny is a WPN tourny and I am contacting WPN about this and some others issues. I am tired of wasting my time with the Betcoin unsupport staff. Now watch them come in and post a page long ad about their new Vip program. So predictable. .They change it so often so that players don't even care and get tired of checking about what benefits they are supposed  to be getting.

@wwwin, as notserp said the deposit bonus is credited to your account in 2 chip increments.  I don't see anywhere these transactions are noted.  I do know I receive the bonus payments only because I keep close track of my balances.  Converting points to chips is noted in the client as both "Cash Conversion" under "Players Club"  and "Royal Cash" under "Transaction History" for the same transaction.

Yes I know about the 2 chip release on the deposit bonus which twice I am certain I did not get but that is so little money that its worth arguing about...
THE REAL ISSUE is that my account  has not been credited yet and the tournament ended about 24 hours ago....they sent an email  yesterday, only after I posted here, saying that it would settled shortly but nothing done yet.  Seems that unsupport staff does not do anything until people post publicly  which makes zero sense for the site's image....

I finished very high in that tournament as well. I also was missing payment but when I contacted live support they said to leave a ticket then another person jumped into the live support (3 way support) and credited the balance to me right then and there. I did it today so gave them about 24 hours to figure it out and when I saw it missing I contacted them. Hopefully you get your money. Its not a lot of money but it takes a lot of time to play that tournament.

Hey thanks for the post. I waited about an hour after  the tourny ended. I tried live support 3 times  and nobody would answer after I typed in. Then I opened  a ticket and this condescending clown says that they have no record  that I played in the tournament. That's pretty upsetting to hear after playing  more than 3 hours. Then I send them pic of the standings and they still don't credit account.
How come I see the results in the PC client and they don't. Ridiculous.

Thanks to you I got the full refund...Because it was a WPN tourny they wanted to persuade me to take half in bitcoin and half in tourney money... I said why it happened to another player and they paid in full as posted in bitcointalk...so I got 89 chips...they also argued that my screen shot did not show the tourny name and was because I took it from a galaxy mega where I play from...at any rate is my advice in the future..

Try to talk to Betcoin George in chat if you get him..he is the one that gave me the winnings.
Avoid talking to Betcoin Paul...He initially insinuated that I had not played in the tourny and had a real condescending manner of communication, not good for a support rep. I had been dealing with him and he disappeared from managing the ticket and failed to respond...here is as much as the chat as I could paste...

As noted eloquently in this thread, there was an issue with the WPN connectivity that has been corrected.  Fortunately, it only effected the $250 FREEROLL and didn't pay out the winners network wide.  When an issue like this happens it effects all players on the Betcoin network and at this point there were several hundred players playing.  We immediately get overwhelmed with tickets and we work very diligently to get through them.  We will always make sure that everyone is taken care of.  This instance led to several hundred tickets and we understand that some people will complain and this is understandable but we will get to your issue and make it right.
