Very interesting to see the anger at a website hosting a 10 btc freeroll and then announcing they will be holding more 10 btc freerolls.  I am very appreciative of having the opportunity to play in these freerolls and encourage Betcoin to keep up the good work.  The size of this freeroll was bigger than most other poker room freerolls and they have announced they will be doing this frequently.  I for one will hold them to this rather than complain about these opportunities.

The format of the tournament was not known to anyone, therefore nobody had an advantage and we learned from this format and will make an announcement of the specifics prior to the next time. 

The bad beat jackpot is actually still fully integrated into the system and if someone were to hit it, it would still pay out in full.

The rake you pay at Betcoin is half of ACR, half of Bovada and a little more than half of Pokerstars, and our VIP program is extremely competitive therefore you get far more value at Betcoin.

When do you think the next 10 btc freeroll will be?  Also, no problem, I read these comments and thought if they didn't run the freeroll they would have never had these comments, but that's not what we want.  We want greater transparency with the terms as wwwin said and it would be nice to have them frequently.  I remember when you were a ghost town less than a year ago, maybe less than 6 months ago, now I can always find good games, great tournaments and the best promos.  Don't listen to the trolls, they will always complain.

My vote is for 10,000 starting chips as before instead of 3,000. With the small amount luck is too big a factor and Poker should be a game of skill.

I do play cash games at Betcoin and take full advantage of the rakeback promo they have going.  People also complained about this but it is so easy to do and they give me the rakeback daily.  I just don't want to see them take these promos away, because they really are good opportunities that is hard to find anywhere else.  I play where I can find great value and right now, Betcoin has great value.  For example, you are basically charged twice as much playing ring games at any fiat poker room.  On top of that, I and several others I see playing get 100% rakeback...

Every time I ask for withdrawal it take longer and longer. I use bitcoin becouse it's quick. I always deposit and if I'm lucky I ask for withdrawal immidiently and looking for to see it in seconds no !!!DAYS!!! I though this is not like slow pokerstars bank transfer. I understand you need to check withdrawal becouse of double spend etc. but no for days I have really enough...... are you getting funds short or what?

Will you ever make the table starter promotion easier?
Th ticket system seems complicated. Why can't we just sit on a table and wait for players, and maybe press a button on the software interface or something.

I also don't get the date order, the days get messed up.

Besides that, I must say that my experience on your poker room has been great. Also had to wait for a day to get my withdrawal but I don't think one day is a big problem.

I happened to me too, especially when i was switching from table to table, from lobby to lobby. Had to restart my browser and log in again. Now, when i play i just stay on one table.

I'm high player so I always ask about 5-10BTC withdrawal ( in case I win ).... is it so enormous amount to wait up to 48 hours for it ( same conditions offer pokerstars )? My question is - Is there  higher withdrawal delay if I withdraw 10BTC instead of 1BTC? ( I believe these amount should not be problem check&pay in minutes for such site like betcoin.ag).
