I went to withdraw and requested 176 chips.  I then selected btc and I received the following info.

Cashout Amount in USD: 176 (BTC: 0.17) (1 USD = 0.0010 BTC)

All I want is 176 chips which equals 0.0176 btc not 0.17
Why is USD even mentioned and why is 1 USD stated as 0.0010 btc?

I am going to assume this is a display/info error and am hitting the submit button.

Yep after hitting the submit button the stated amount for the withdrawal request is correct.

Were you doing this through the site itself or poker client? I made mine through the poker client and had no issues or mention of USD there.

Thank you ranlo for your response.  Betcoin is only in bitcoin there is no conversion to USD at anytime.  nioc you have been with us for a long time and we certainly appreciate you and your feedback.  Thank you.

It was through the client and displayed as I wrote above.  I don't remember seeing it like that before but who knows.

I had no qualms submitting the request as I was certain it was an info display issue and even if there was a problem it would be alright in the end.

In my opinion you guys should open more ring game tables. Just in case some players want to play more of the same limits.

More of the same limit open automatically when players join a table. For example; as soon as someone sits at Rome, Rome-2 opens. Then if someone sits at Rome-2, Rome-3 opens.

natmccoy is precisely correct, there are an unlimited number of tables available at each stake and we are running a promotion with up to 150% rakeback for starting those new tables.  We have several players literally getting paid to play poker.  Thanks natmccoy and give it a try Nowi.

Get Paid Up to 150% Rakeback For Ring Game Table Starters at Betcoin Poker

Get paid to play ring games at Betcoin.ag as a table starter of up to 150% in rakeback!

We are excited about the growth of Betcoin and to reward our great players we are offering a limited time rake back of up to 150% for ring Game Table Starters at Betcoin.ag at all stakes.

1. To qualify you must be the first player or second player to sit at a minimum of two 6 or 9 seat tables of any stake in No Limit Holdem or Omaha. Heads up tables do not qualify.

2. You must submit a ticket with the date and 7/5/2015 Ring Game Table Starter for example in the subject line and the names of the minimum two tables or more that you are sitting at along with your username and table name.

3. A staff member will then confirm you by noting confirmed on your ticket. You must then play a combined minimum of 180 minutes at one table, both tables or any number of tables you choose.

4. 24 hours later please bump your ticket with the comment. Please review and a staff member will review and if you have met the requirements you will receive 100% of the rake back you have generated the past 24 hours.

5. You will also automatically receive the rakeback from your VIP status which is a minimum of 10% and up to 50% for a minimum rakeback of 110% to 150%.

Hello, I've noticed that when I play poker and there is a showdown, that I won't be able to see that cards when a player looses and mucks his hand.
Normally when there is a showdown the players in the hand can request to see the cards even when a player mucks.

To make this possible, normally the software mucks the hand on the interface, but keeps it visible on the history, but I've noticed that your software does not do this.

Hope you can solve this in future updates, since this is an important part of the game. Sometimes I like to pay on the river just to get some info on my opponents and I can't do that like this. If I win the hand I won't know what he was holding, and sometimes that is exactly what I'm paying for.

That is simply the intentional "game rule" on the whole WPN and not some software bug. I think it's more like live poker where you also can muck if you are not first to show.

Still I also prefer the way PokerStars etc do it (just write to HH.) But can't expect a change from Betcoin since it's bigger than just their software and would require a change from the much bigger network (and I am sure they had huge discussions/complaints already about that, like here on 2p2)

Yeah, I see nothing wrong with how it is now. That's just like RL. Bettor has to show, caller doesn't. The only case when this is NOT true is if one person is all-in (and that will show both hands on Betcoin as well, so working as intended). Past that, a caller should never have to show their hand.

Thank you everyone for your great responses on this topic.  NLNico and ranlo are right on point as Betcoin is providing another way for players to play in WPN tournaments and using the same software that is used by thousands of people daily.  Because Betcoin only uses bitcoin and litecoin and no fiat currency, Betcoin is able to pass down the savings from no fraud and chargebacks to you through lower rake, an exceptional bonus program and other promotions.  Founders and operators of Betcoin overlap with the WPN.  As the forum rep for Betcoin, I will send this information and great feedback to the team.

I was not saying it was a bug. I was used to have that in the other rooms, and I knew that it was possible to ask to see the hand on a showdown even when a player mucks his hand. Did not know that it was only supposed to be used when a player suspects collision, and that if someone abused of this request could be asked to leave the table.

Well no problem then, It was more a convenience than an issue.

I saw the warning, saying that I could need to reset my password and I did, but the problem remains. I can login in the poker room, but I can't login at the website.

I'm getting 404 errors on a lot of pages... some are working and some aren't. For example, the main page keeps 404ing me, but if I click a link to a different page I can access most stuff.

I did reset from the site, and used the "email form". I changed the password though and did not repeat the current one. Still it continues to work on the poker room (with the new pass), and it also worked with the old one before the reset, but it does not work on the website, either with the old one bfore the reset, or with the new one after the reset.
