What kind of a connection do I need to play on Betcoin Poker?
Would 64 kbit/s be enough? (with the Windows Client)

Yes, the site was down for a few minutes because of server updates but everything was immediately back on. Poker was working the entire time however. |

looks like thingz may stabilize.
U can expect me back around thanksgiving-xmas time frame @ the latest if BTC cools off.
My other option is either Borgata or Harrah's Atlantic City... neither of which I've visited yet.]
1/2/500max is good for seeing the flop w/ small pairs, but live game rake SUCKS HARD.
[even compared to Betcoin's competitors, whom you guyz have put beatdowns on]
Plus the food's cheaper and better @ home, AND I don't hafta deal w/ 4-hour bus rides [EACH WAY!]
listening to old people [and I do mean OLD, I'm 57] bitch about slot machines...
As u can see, merely a matter of affordable...

Is WPN going down, or just the Betcoin skin? Will this affect WPN players who play on skins other than Betcoin? Was betcoin part of the reason for WPN getting dos? This update should solve all DDoS and connectivity problems experienced by the WPN as well as enable Betcoin to accept the new features of the WPN. |

Borgata 2/5+ charges time, not rake. If you want to play 1/2 though and theres a game going at Golden Nugget it's best value. Or just play on 5dimes (assuming this maintenance isn't all of WPN) |

Just Betcoin for connectivity upgrades. As you know Betcoin is unique in that it shares tournament liquidity. It will not effect other players. The connection to the tournaments needed to be strengthened permanently and this is what has caused the delay. Plus in order to add in more features, this upgrade was mandatory. |
