I really wish you guys would start some promos that weren't useless.

I have over 90 in bonus credits. I've cleared .07 of that. Don't need anymore stupid bonus credits so all these promos are worthless.

We are revamping the bonus part which will make it easier to release btc.  We take everyone's suggestions, comments and questions seriously.  The bonus in the poker room is being worked on, but our players can't get enough of the bonus in the casino which has been extremely good to our players.

Some of these changes that we are making require programming that takes a little bit of time, but we are listening to everything that you are stating and if it makes sense then integrating it as soon as possible.  We appreciate your responses.

I have e few questions in regards to the deposit bonus.  I opened an account a month or 2 ago.  I have not made a deposit but did make a withdrawal recently just before the new tournament schedule was released.  Do I qualify for the bonus? 

If so then I have the following questions.  Is there a code or is it automatically applied?  Is there a way of tracking one's progress in releasing the bonus?  How long does one have to release the bonus before it expires?

Yes, you certainly qualify for the bonus.  It should be added instantly but since you signed up before it was in place, it might not be added instantly.  With a quick email we will add it for you. 

The bonus will not expire and you can track your progress by logging into the client, clicking wallet and then clicking Player's Club, in this section you will see a few tabs that you can do all your tracking.  Please let us know if you have additional questions.

I deposited and not seeing the bonus in My Wallet I emailed as you suggested.  This lead to a back and forth with support and while they were very helpful it could have been avoided if things were set up clearer.   

There was no way for me to know if a bonus was credited until I played enough for it to register under "Freed money Total".  Under "Promo" there is an explanation of the bonus were it states that when you earn 45 status points 0.02 btc will be released from your Pending Bonus Balance to your Real Bitcoin Balance.  Nowhere can I see my Pending Bonus Balance so although my Freed money Total is changing indicating I have a bonus there is no way to see the actual amount of the bonus. 

I played a small amount and my Total money Freed now reads 0.01 and by my calculations this indicates that I have cleared 1% of the minimum release amount of 0.02 btc.  Who knows if what I figured out is correct.  Exactly what you are freeing should be indicated.  With my play the "Bonus money Total" went from 0.00 to 10.00 and I have no idea what this indicates.

the bonus money total is the deposit bonus u have to clear since yours said 0 i dont think they gave u a bonus to clear yet and when it went from 0 to 10 u prob got the bonus chips for playing its the new promo

They said I have 2 separate bonuses, one on the casino side and and one for poker.  I see the casino one.

I checked the leader boards and I haven't qualified for a bonus for playing.  The leader boards list user names instead of screen names.  I don't think anybody else does it this way.
