We still are working on this as well as the status points which are also earned and released into btc.  Have you had a chance to access your status points as well and see the Player's Club levels?

Yes I have checked it out.  I guess you misspoke as it is the rewards points that can be converted into chips and the rewards points are based on the status points.  I have converted some rewards points.

Under status points my current month earned is about 3x my lifetime earned.  Obviously this is wrong.  Also my current month earned total includes the points earned last month.  I believe last month was the only other month I earned status points as before that the low stakes games were rake free and did not earn points.

As you did not respond you may have missed this.  Since this post I have earned more status points which are reflected in my monthly total while my lifetime status points total decreased.  The rewards points total is also correct.

Well, basing on my many-year online poker expirience, i can tell that this poker site software is definitely very good.
Comparing to fiat money pokerrooms I`d put it between iPoker and FullTiltPoker 

But you can make it even better for sure.

So, i`ve played in this site for few days and noticed that there is not regular 6 or 9-handed Sit-n-Goes but only Heads-Ups and Double or Nothings.
Also there is no instant rematch option in HU SnG. Players have to wait for another tournament to appear in "Registrating" list and manually Enter

Also i`d like to see custom avatars, multi-language interface, customizable bet amount buttons (for like 2.5X or 2.25X Bet)

I don't know what is was before.  Is this a change?

When we first began it was at the recommended 10% and we have sped it up as per player suggestions to 15%.  Also, in the beginning we were not collecting a rake from the lower stakes tables to increase participation.  We will look into your lifetime status points as well.  Thank you.

That is 10% not 15%

The bonus clear rate for the 5 tournaments prior to that one looks like 15%. Those were all smaller than 10 chip buyins.

Also last Tuesday the 11th I played cash and the bonus cleared at 10%.

I played another 10 chip tournament and the bonus counter only registered 10% of the fee.  As stated in my previous post the 10 chip tournament I played where the bonus cleared at the 10%  was played after the tournaments where I received the 15% bonus clearing rate.  There seems to be an issue with the clearance rate of the 10 chip tournaments.

should say something after those 2 things if not they didnt credit the bonus and u should email them
