Has anyone won a satellite to the $100 + 9 satellite to 1500 btc main event, but not receive the ticket, chips, usd nor be able to register?  This happened to me and I'm still waiting on support.

When did you send an email?  We have no email from you with this issue.  When the Saturday tourney is complete, the buyin amount is added to the players account for the entry into the 8:30pm daily satellite currently that would be 185 chips.  

Also, please forward that email that you sent.

I wish this poker client showed the actual conversion to BTC or USD. Maybe in the wallet show what the conversion is? Maybe it's just me... I dunno

Showed this conversion where and when?  The only time the conversion is relevant is when you are using your btc to buy into a shared tournament or when you win the shared tournament and your winnings are converted into btc.  We do show you at the moment you sign up for the tournament.  How would it be helpful to see it in the wallet?

Well most tournament play that I see and participate in, is in USD. It would just be nice to see in the wallet your "Available Balance: xxx.xx ($xxx.xxUSD)" Something like that. Just a place we can go to, to see the exchange.

Just was playing the 10GTD and an error pops up saying that the tournament has been canceled on the clients end. We were nearly at the final table. I rebought in a couple times as well as added on during the addon period. I attempted to use the live chat help but it wouldn't load.

My question is will the buy in, rebuys and addons all be refunded? or just the buy in? This is a little screwy

Very good to hear and we are certainly seeing this.  The bitcoin players are superior and there is a level of softness very similar to the early Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker days.  We want everyone to get in there and crush it.  There are plenty of tournaments to choose from.

And god where is my ledger i asked for that a month and a half ago it feels like I lose more chips than i should in tourneys but i can't prove it.
