Just a few recommendations:

Footer seems to be a bit weird. It's not centred, and it seems it could use a bit more padding. This may just be my OCD coming out.
Try to match up the sidebar in terms of content with the actual index content.
You have multiple widgets on the side providing different Bitcoin prices.
I'd also move the Social Links (Youtube, Facebook etc...) as well as popular and recent widget up above all the other widgets (but below Please share with your friends)

Hmm. Very old WP template (original?), packed with ads, difficult for me to read. Is this a SEO CPA/CPC arbitrage play?

Some thumbnails are deformed. The background is very strange, you may want to change it. The navigation is split twice, you want to put the navigation together.
