Hello all, I've cashed out of BTC-e successfully before but this time I wanted to deposit USD. I did via russian 3rd party, Payeer but it looks likely that I'm a scam victim now (my first ever Sad )

What happened:
  • Transfered money to Payeer.com on 22 December, from there I'd have sent to BTC-e.
  • Bank said money was sent to the Mayzus FS account in Deutsche Bank, Prague by December 24
  • Payeer says they process transactions in 24hrs, however its been +3 days
  • Their support is massively uncooperative, after 2 tickets they only replied twice in short messages, finally saying only "we don't recieved your money" in broken english
  • Someone I know said the SWIFT may not have reached Deutsche Bank due to year end overload but I think it's unlikely (what is this parcel shipping??)
  • The phone number listed on the site doesn't have a country code..

Payeer work's very well, but you need to know how to use Payeer Wire Transfers.

You need specify correct information in PAYMENT DETAILS, PURPOSE OF PAYMENT. Becouse we dont see your transfer with incorrect details.

When you pay by credit card through liqpay.com (our partner), they place orders on verification. Money go back to card in few days, if your bank don't give authorization to liqpay side bank.
We want change (soon as possible) US card processing through liqpay.... Cant do anything with US/EU card verification from liqpay.com.

Well i only used your web site and had no indication you farmed out to liqpay.com,  I have no way to work with them as they don't know or care about me.   You don't seem to really care much either really just want me to go away I think.  The charge went through from my side so I would like someone to admit where the funds are and what do we do about them now.   It has been long enough, why should anyone want to try this service with this sort of resut.  I spend more time frustrated and upset than the entire transaction is even worth, i am so happy i didn't follow your support suggestion to try to process again so you and liqpay could have evn more of my funds in mtgox mode.

Done. Wait it today in your BTC wallet.

And dont send anymore to BTC payeer purse! It's incorrect. You must pay in merchant with payment details, but it unavaliable now, and you create incorrect direct payment. This is not your BTC wallet in Payeer system. It's system BTC account. Do send to it direct!

Look, I have done everything I can to let you know by putting in no less than 5 or 6 Payeer support tickets. If you are from Payeer you should have access to information you can use to help.  If you are not interested in helping don't bother to pretend.   Look above for enough details to hep you if you care to look into it, I don't expect any help for you anymore and will start the complaint process with paypal and my bank very soon i guess.  If you actually expect to operate this poorly you might as well continue steal what you can before you get figured out.  If you blame your partner in crime liqpay fine but I consider you to be the ringleader offering services you can't seem to bothered to provide once you have the funds.  I will not hesitate to let others know of my experience as I go along to try to save others the trouble so long as your website / co name Payeer comes up.

I would just put the $9k back into your account.

Then find someone here w. escrow of buying the actual btc-e code then you can put and update your btc-e balance.

Or you could of just open a thread in the exchange forum, and state the following:

[WTB] BTC-e code for same preev value

along those lines w. a legit escrow and then apply the code on their to credit you. This is a very typical scenario where you send funds internationally expecting your money to appear ever again.

Its a common mistake with most who want buy the cheap rates at btc-e, but I asked myself whats a way to protect myself, if shit hits the fan? nothing.

Yesterday I tried to cash out 5000 usd payeer to btc e usd. Operation was successful and I got a btc e usd code too. I just tried to redeem it within 2 mins but it shows btc e code expired.
Fortunately I had faced same issue with another exchanger but they checked and resend me new code in 15 mins.
But for payeer they are not checking from thier side. And a bad support staff is saying only one this that code was valid when we send it to u.
I can say code is still unused as only creater can use expired code.
But more than 12 hrs gone but no help from payeer.

If something is good and legit...then its
run in straight forward ways !! If something bullshitting laughing at your face then it probably is.
something is good or no good if simething works then it works if not then not. And all this excuses like bla bla.blabla...its BS.
so i have same question can we not have one good e wallet wich is anounoumous and works well.
dont the e wallet providers cant make profit of transactions fees ? Is'nt its enough for them ??
like i dont care i can give 10% away as longes my funds are anounoumous and safe.
is that too much to ask to have fuckingg...reliable e wallet without bs and bla bla..where i can keep my funds anounoumosly and safe and move them instantly anywhere whenwver i want !!!!
Can we all stop this buslsitting with each other and someone make reliable service !! Anounoumous and bullshiet free !! Something like  libertyreserve use to be that was best ever e wallet !!!!

DON'T USE PAYER, they seem to have taken my money too. I created a virtual card and put money on it, and as soon as I tried to opay with it now they said paying with virtual cards or paying back (withdrew) has been disabled by the bank ! Now my money is gone and I have no way to recover it !

Payeer is the worst service ever ! I registered because I thought that their service will be faster and cheaper than the bank but at the end, my account took forever for verification, I send my ID, my social security number as proof of address. It never works, they keep telling me that they don't accept edited photo although I never edited my picture. Then I send some money, it took forever again and they keep asking me things my bank doesn't even ask me when I make a payment ! It is supposed to be better than the bank but my final conclusion Payeer is the work financial service I ever experienced in my life ! I cancelled my account with them  ! It's a complete waste of time ! run away from them, they are unrespectful and don't care about the customers.   :!: :x  :x  :x

Also me I have an issue with payeer:
13 January I made an order to ePrice.it for Euro 823.13, after some days I wrote to the vendor to know why my order was not delivered, the vendor answer me that maybe he refurbished his warehouse about half February so I asked to ePrice delete the order and fund back my payeer MasterCard. I wrote to the support on payeer.com site, I wrote to mastercard@payeer.com
Nothing, today is 25 January and I don't know when and how I'll have back my money, so payeer solve me this great problem!!!

Payeer is scam? Is it true? I think there is something is wrong. Payeer, changer, xmgold, perfectmoney etc are not scam. If these are scam then what we have to do?
