Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and actually looking for some help with my ETH Mining Rig. Details are below

CONFIGURATION

GPU : 18 x 4GB ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 1050ti
MOTHERBOARD: BIOSTAR TB250 BTC Version 6
POWER SUPPLY: CORSAIR VS650
PIC BELOW

18 GPU are supported by 2 motherboard having a combination of 6GPU to one motherboard and 12GPU to another. 6GPU is power by one 650W SMPS and 12GPU is powered by two 650W SMPS

PROBLEM:
1) Major problem which I am facing is of load. The wires of the SMPS specially at the point where they end into SATA connector gets brittle and started breaking down. The plastic gets worn out and the wire comes out of the connector. I am not sure if you guys are able to understand so I am attaching the pic.

Another issue of load is that one 12 GPU set I have one SATA to Molex cable. And it has got fried 3 times in last 15 days. I guess it is due to the electricity fluctuation. But I guess these SMPS should handle this. Fried SATA to MOLEX pic below

2) Sometimes when electricity goes and comes back. The cards starts working but doesn't mine anything. So I have actually shut the machine down and re-plug all the riser and restart the machine. Then it start working again.

Any advise guys??
