Yeah i had sponsored a planet for around ~15000 EAC and never received and emails from the email i registered after expired. It was so buggy when i bought i am not sure if i actually bought it or just "gave" him my eac lol....... and no response from the support email. I do not know if i have any faith in this games accuracey.

Speaking strictly for myself. I had two planets when the game hung up and I did receive all my EAC back. I did not lose a single EAC even though the game locked up. In fact, I received a profit on the planets I held. Now I did send an email to the support email address on the game site and did not hear back from them. However, as far as the EAC went, I have nothing to complain about.
Edit: I did get an email back from them after they got things running again. It just took them a day to get through all the emails they were getting.

First we all did hit F5 hundered of times, but if you get experienced you will see that most of the times you can sponsor it at 24:58:00 or 57:00 and rarely 56:00 and so on. The rest is on speed really.  |

Received the refund and the developer told me that a new security feature has been implemented to avoid erroneous adresses. Thanks for your assistance, retiring what I said And for celebrating it I have bought a planet  |

Is the transaction acknowledged by gaia when it enters in the network or when it is confirmed by it ? edit : Sorry for the whining, I have been refunded one hour ago ^^ The admin is very nice and explained everything : I think if you pay from CoinEX, you need to add 0.1 for the transaction fee, whereas a wallet program usually takes care of that for you. I was really under stress and didn't took the time to check that :p If you have a problem, you may have to wait the response but you'll definitely have one. I sent Gaia some EAC to buy Cartman earlier, out of my coinex account. There was some sort of issue on their end and the payment was too slow, so I didn't get the sponsorship credit.
I figured my money was gone forever, but a couple hours after sending an email to customer service I received a reply verifying my payment address for the refund. After replying back, they promptly sent me the full amount.
It's nice to know there are still some honest people out there.
