I am just wondering can we make a channel in Lightning Network that can support the multisig wallets.

Multisignatue.

Technically I think yes, because it just need channel between to addresses/ or wallets. It should not matter what type of wallets are in both end.

I am alive

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Support in what way?

LN already uses multisig; you have to fund a multisig address in order to create a payment channel.

For the commitment transaction outputs themselves, you can modify the scripts so that it is multisig. However the current protocol does not support this.
