No, there were no flaws at all, it was due to an insane difference between the supply before and now, back on start when the price hit the 2.64$ mark, the current supply was even lower than 300k, and if you do the maths, we are on the same based price as 2.64$

This is total supply right after the swap. It's taken from dividing the current supply (Around 163Mio) by the swap ratio (121), but not the Max Supply.
The soft cap is an implementation of the burning of transaction fees, this means that every fee from a transaction is burned from the network, giving to it a soft cap, if X transactions are made each minute, the amount burned will be the same generated in this minute.
