In addition, they are afraid because they see the market performance average is not healthy at the moment in which they think that it is not right time to invest. It's been around 5 months i didn't pour my money into any ICO projects. Apart from your reasons, i found many cheap coin which were listed in exchanges already. Why do i have to buy new ICOs and wait for some months? The market has corrected more than 5 months and there are many coins in which their prices are lower than ICO price, even equal to 1/10 ico price. If i get mistakes, i can sell quickly and withdraw my money. In case of buying ICO projects, i can not do this.

You're right, those are really a big deal when it comes in investment. On Volatility of the Market, I guess, we can't deny the fact that a cryptocurreny will always be volatile (unless it has a powerful authority behind).

Those statements truly have a point. Most of those person who are afraid to invest in cryptocurrency don't have enough knowledge how it works and how will they protect their funds to hackers since cryptocurrency is an online money. Most of them are also confuse to navigate different types of crypto tools and for me, it really looks complicated when I first saw it. I agree with you. There are a lot of negetive FUDs goes on which scares people who want to invest in crypto currency. I would say before getting affected by the news, justify it properly and do research. I think it is essential to do research before investing in crypto currency.

The reasons that you suggested make sense and I agree with you, but the most important fact here is that people are simply afraid of losing their hard earned money by investing into this extremely volatile cryptocurrency market since they think its like gambling. As the market volatility reduces with time, more and more people will definitely join this crypto market. The lightning network and segwit wallets are already helping in this aspect.

The number one reason for me why people are afraid in investing in cryptocurrency is the lack of knowledge about crypto. They lack Knowledge about volatility, that it can be used to their advantage. They are afraid of hackers because they lack knowledge how to protect their wallet. If only they are equipped with this knowledge i doubt if they will be afraid to invest in crypto.
