There is no way you can recover it. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. If you are lucky, the recipient may realize the error and return it to you though.
You could try sending a very small amount to that address with a message asking for it back.
Since you don't know how that address appeared on your clipboard, is it possible that you could have generated it yourself? Double check everything you did, you may already have the private key to it.
If you were playing with some program that generated that address and didn't save the private key, it is gone FOREVER. If so, consider it a cheap lesson in being more careful, others have lost significantly more due to carelessness (or lack of knowledge).
