Signed up with these idiots about a month ago. They have had major issues with customer service, mining and paying, so I requested a refund. They said they refunded me through bitpay but can not provide me with a transaction id or a time. The idiots did not even have a wallet address in order to refund me. Now they are accusing ME of scamming them.......Funny! I have my transaction ID proving I paid them but they can not provide me with one and I am the scammer.

I am convinced that this is a straight up PONZI scheme and I am contacting the AG in Texas and the BBB in Texas since this where they set up a customer service center......supposedly.

Why would you even want to use those people.

If you want to cloud hash go to CEXIO (referal link below) 0.048 BTC per 1 GHS of mining power and you can buy and sell it at any time.

I have heard that Cexio was a scam operation as well. How long have you been mining there? How many payments have you received?

You get payments everytime a block is found, depending on how much Ghs you have is how much you get, also mines 3 altcoins,  you can draw out whenever, have been depositing and withdrawing with no issues, best part is you can trade with the ghs aswell so yoU not stuck with mining equipment for a year.

I have only been mining for about 6 months and seen the price of a ghs go from 0.09 to 0.048

I know I am going to be flooding them with at least 200 support tickets per day unless they square up with me. If they were near me in the US they would definitely get a beat down EVEN if they refunded me. I have been so friggin patient with them and every time someone new replies to an open support ticket they tell me the other support person was incorrect. Then, just to shove the hot poker up my ass, even further, they send me a survey request on how I rate customer service! COCKSUCKINGMOTHERFUCKERS

The idiots ask me for proof that I did not get a refund.

How is that possible when all they have to do is give me a blockchain proving that they did?

I hope they screw someone that lives REAL close, that has a bat.

So many cloud mining scams! So many promises! Having gotten (mildly) boned by that miningunited scam last year, I know the feels.

Post the tx ID of your payment to them so we can all see it on the blockchain (better proof of scamminess) and move on to pastures new :/

Cex.io is plenty legit though. I and about ten friends had a bunch of payouts (min 0.01BTC) from them with no problems, they refund downtime, and have been pretty cool when I've poked their support.

No preorder scammery since their cloud Ghs are available now, and they mergemine, so you get a lump of spare Namecoins as well. Which you can trade for more Ghs, making more BTC, or at least keeping your earn stable as diff goes up. So that should (partially) address any concern about diminishing returns, too.

I was going to post this on my blog later, but since we're ontopic, have a graph of my last month of cex hosted Ghs and what I did to raise it up.

EDIT: the account from which I post this graph also had a variable 3-5Ghs of hardware miners running on it!

It's short for Thomassina ⚥ • BTC veteran, Bitcointalk neophyte • BTC1THoM4cn8hHTyE637DEPMCLcerZe1mL1X • Cex.IO Cloud Mining - don't risk preorders, mine & trade now!
