the dev only cared to hype the coin and premining so he could dump once it hit an exchange.
Look, it worked fine for him, 4 days of work and he probably made 50-100 BTC with all the coin he dumped.

It's a fail coin.  If anyone is curious my 82k moon was worth 10k doge.

There are people mining it though. If the original lead fails to perform, those holding the coin can take action and develop the coin for themselves. Early adopters buy in cheap as dirt and then a coin with a decent name makes cash in the long run.
