Doge was launched on December 8. The first exchange to trade it was Coined Up, on December 11, so you couldn't buy 180$ worth of Dogecoin the next day it was launched. Except if you found enough people to trade with. It's also unlikely that you decided to buy a clearly joke coin from the beginning, before it went viral. And it's unlikely that you managed to sell your Dogecoins at a high as well. Add on top of this that the next day after launch there were
only about 720 million Dogecoins available and very distributed among miners and you've got an extremely unlikely scenario.

you clearly have no idea. Doge was already going full hype on the forum (doge forum that is) days before it hit coinedup. People were buying stock like crazy and everyone tried to scam each other in the hype. He could have easily bought 10s of millions just from people.
