hello guys, working on a new rig with rx 570 but they are not detect, the card work on my main computer and mine at 32 mhs

the mining mother board dont see it, can't see in the bios / windows 10

other card work on the mining mother board vega 56 , rx 550 and gtx 1060

how is it possible that the rx can't be see in the mining motherboard? tryed on 2 different mining motherboard and same result, the rx570 is only detected on my main computer, any idea?

my main computer is 8 years old, so i dont think the bios version is the probleme here ...

What OS and motherboard are you using?

you need to setup the bios properly and make sure all GPUs are attach properly with good risers.

all gpu work ... only the rx 570 ... it's NOT a conection probleme ... the gpu work on a other pc ... ryzer work ! why would a bios work with a vega / rx 550 but not a rx 570 !!! this make no sense ... it's driving me crazy

using a windows 10, don't know about the bios but like i said, why will it work with ALL card but not the rx 570

are you trying the gpu connected directly with the mob or through a riser?

Rizer but i am 100% sûre the rizer work. Trying the main pci slot could do à différence u think ?

I think we should try to change the software, most likely something incompatible. Or try to remember on your main computer. You can as an option to flash another graphics card, but it is dangerous if never did not.

I cannot see what type of your motherboard because after I clicked the links, it shows me to login into the site and I don't login into my account. Did you try to update the vga software? Because sometimes, your software is too old to work with rx 570 and you can download the update from the website. Or you can change the vga into the other pci slot, and there are many possibilities that make the vga cannot work, and you need to check one by one and be patient to do that.

What do you mean by vga software ? If talking about amd driver then i cant install them since the card is not détected... Tryed to plug it to the main pci e 16x but still same result...

can you write a motherboard model and a graphics card model? be sure to specify the revision.
