Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

For starter its better and dont just see 11 Ubtc some time there is 6-7 uBtc also and sometime 70-90 it depends on which advertise pays how much.

I think it's even more complicated than the first reply suggests. I've seen variations based on place as well.
