Your site treat users very bad :/ Today was day off and I deposit still not get. Support lie saying it being fixed 6 hours. I not ask for help in chat because site mute me from talk? Your site very ugly to user. I will not play on stake.
This should all be sorted now. Another user also complained about being muted and the strange thing is I looked up both your accounts and neither were muted. I suspect this was related to trying to talk while the site was down for maintenance. Regardless, I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused, you should have received a credit for this.
