Why the team needs to be public, if the coin is going to be a private anonymous coin? Even the top anonymous today Monero, ZCash, etc. has totally anonymous figures.  In fact, I read an anonymous coin's main member was kidnapped for money because their team members were all public and the kidnappers asked for the coins as the transactions just can't be traced.  Luckily though, that attempt was unsuccessful.

There are no grounds for considering DSTRA as a scam, especially since the team is mainly occupied by the ayrdope and I think there is no reason for suspicion.
