It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

There are  lots of corrupt officials in most government offices in our country. Every department mostly have rotten eggs in them. People like them always find ways to extorsion money from normal people and businessman and even high profile people as well. Such corrupt officials promises faster and easier government services in exchange for money..I hope such practices will stop in order for our government can have a better Service to the tax payers of their cointry

Yes I agree with your statement, here I can conclude that the officials will work swiftly if given more money.

Yes, in every country we can find corrupt officials.

In my opinion if the official have been motivated by instinct and urge to acquire power and rule over people such person will tend to be corrupt, regardless of the salary that is receiving.

There is sadly no "crash course" on how to become ethical official. I wish there would be. The motivation shall be the greater good for people, and not personal gains.

I just guess that buddhist monks could make good officials. Something like Dalai Lama.

Sometimes corruption happens because of an opportunity, no matter how good an official is if he sees a billion-dollar state fund, he would be tempted to take a few percent.
