Thanks to all the people trying out the new wallet. I couldn't get it to work on my 64 bit Windows 7 machine. I will try again tonight and see if I can get some logs of the errors. Thanks Moonmoon
Make sure to edit the .config file with your RPC settings. You can check the thread on forum.bitparticle.com for more detailed instructions. You need particle.conf with RPC settings, and then RPC settings in .exe.config that match. If either are missing or don't match, then you will get errors when trying to start wallet. I am working to make this more easier/automatic at startup, but for right now you have to manually edit... |

Member Fiku has made cool graphics, wanted to get community feedback: Logo concept:  Bill concept:  I think this bill is amazing. Looks good, but we should have rectangle/coin version too for icons and what not. Bill is nice, but colors seems unnecesary - ruins the consistency a little bit. |

Please bear in mind that the bill was a ten minute mock up, and not something I usually do. It's in the process of being refined at the moment. As for the logo, I'd like people to critique the colors/design, not so much the font, because that can be easily changed. Current reasons the design: -Solid, easy to replicate, implement and use. -Four way colour template to use on marketing/web material. -Works decent on black & white. -Relatively memorable. -Futuristic. Once people decide on the refined logo direction, I will look into making a "coin"/square version, or the community can design some too. However, we should be looking to move Particle away from this "coin" standard, it is not technically a "coin", it's a crypto-currency and shouldn't have to fall in the same place as all the other crap alternate coins. At the moment, it is something of a higher standard and is being actively developed, and hopefully will be for the foreseeable future. Thanks! |

I could probably whip up a nice "particle" logo using a particle style effect in photoshop. I don't mind doing it if it would be considered.

I was the one who donated 500 PRT to you through my give away. Loving the banner, however the bill does need some work. But granted with minimal mock up time - it looks quiet well. Give it a few weeks and we'll have a very successful coin. Unfortunately i am super busy in real life, however i should be getting some free time in the near future which means i'll be able to help out with marketing and continue more give aways. |

I'd love to see that "blocky" font with gradient E. Maybe even mash all gradient lines together with no spaces between them. Fiku, could you try that? Also, I hope that if anyone is doing some kind of designs, they will share vector version of it, which could be used for branding various apps and etc. Nobody likes low quality images... |

I think we need to think of an elegant but simple logo. One that investors and users will take serious. Easy recognizable, ect.

Here is an updated, more unified design. I think you should try the E with 3 lines, not 4. 4 just doesn't work imo. Something like this (5min paint hackjob):  You get the idea I like the blocky font of the other logo better than the elegant type font. I do like the gradient E.
