Thats because the scores count only till the 90th minute and the couple of extra minutes.
You have to win under that time. If there is an over-time, or penalties, then it won't be a win, as thats beyond the normal game time.

In your case the game went to penalties and thats where they won the game.

Why asian handicap bet type need longer time to be settled ?

Just a quick follow up on this.

All Asian Handicap bets will now settle automatically and therefore faster.

In the past some Asian Handicap bets, usually on low profile games, were occasionally subject to a manual review.

This has now been implemented.

The totals are now displayed on top, and only the bets from the past month are displayed, sorted from newest to oldest.

The total commission paid is now also displayed.

I have a parlay from last night and one of the matches shows the result as " Dead Heat " , What does that mean ? It doesn't even show the result as win, but shows just a draw.

A quick follow up on this :

In Basketball, Half Time and Quarter moneyline bets will now be pushed automatically in case of a tie. A manual review is no longer required.

only thing that is missing that i see on matches that there is commision but i dont see how much that referral betted
also it would be nice that you add total wagered from all refs

The bet stake is the commission displayed divided by your commission rate.

they made some new updates for the affiliates and now i think its much better then before

Yes its better, but just that I can't see a couple of things like how much they bet, and have it organized date wise like it was before. Just more better to see it like that. Arranging this based on dates would make it perfect.
