Hey it happened with me too sometimes but let me explain you , what happens is they don't see your transaction , please use a proper windows wallet , i am sure you are using some online wallet , anyways the owner will answer it best possible way !

The reason why your bet was not confirmed is explained in our Rules as well as in the Help section on our website.

Do not send multiple bets in the same Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin transaction. This non standard way of sending coins is not supported by our automated system. If you do that, one of your bets might be processed normally (if it's the first one in the transaction) but the others will not be processed and therefore will not confirm and we will have to refund them manually.

The Max Bet is specific to the bet that you ordered, it is always referring to the max that can be bet (risked) and not to the max that can be won (win amount).

For example if the Max Bet is 12 BTC, you can send a 12 BTC bet to the given BTC address.

Unless the bet odds are very high, the max bet size is at least 1 BTC and can reach as high as hundreds of BTC for certain bets.

For Sports Betting, in most cases you can bet more than the maximum advised.

If you are interested in placing larger bets you may still be able to do so, as explained in more details here : http://www.directbet.eu/FAQ.cshtml#MaxBet

For Direct Dice and our new All-In Poker, if you bet more than the maximum advised your bet will be rejected and refunded regardless of the result.
