Hello, can you give me a list of exchanges who deal in cryptocurrency pairs like btc/ltc, ppc/btc and so on. Thank you

I've been using coinedup and had no problems with it. It can be a bit slow, but it doesn't have trade fees, and it's an easy exchange to jump right into.

I've been liking coins-e. Deposits are relatively quick and withdraws are near instant

Cryptsy is a good one-it runs smoothly and has quite fast transactions despite the problems that may occur sometimes. So it's a good one.
