Mainstream approach through ICO: Example: PlaceToRent -rental ICO.

There are probably a thousand different ICO's currently ongoing. Majority of them are based on ETH. So, I were taking a look at this one http:///placetorent.com which is a startup company kind of platform as an ICO.

What do you guys think? is this kind of model the catalyst for mainstream approach?

Is it AIRBNB similar but on the blockchain? Unfortunately beetoken was similar and has 0.15x ROI now so i don't want to invest to loose my money like in Bee.

I think, if you want to make rental platforms like ETH platforms, you should have better features of ETH platform. because I think it would be too difficult to compete with smartcontract ETH. we know waves platform, waves have smartcontract that can be rented just like ETH, but very few developers are using platform of waves.
