Hello everybody! I am very glad that our forum is people who are ready to help and tell everything so that our crypto community becomes stronger. I have such a question. How do you withdraw your profits?
I will explain with an example:
I withdraw my profit like that - I have a MEW wallet, there are tokens, if I need money, I translate them on ETH and then on to Fiat, as necessary. 20-30 $ in 1-2 days. And how do you do it? Do you take the whole amount off the tokens at once, fixing the profit at the pamp? Or, also output in small volumes. I'm curious to know how to do to lose less. Thank you)

it depends on what your long term goals are.
i don't have any faith in any altcoin so i never keep any of them. my goal is to have a lot more bitcoin than i have right now. this means my profit from any trade goes into bitcoin. if i have tokens, altcoins, .... i dump them for bitcoin either directly or if i have to i sell them to ETH and then dump ETH for BTC. in the end only bitcoin rises the most.
and if i needed money i will simply sell a tiny bit of bitcoin to cover it.

I thin you are asking about the tokens that you collect from various ways on the forum. For me, I keep earning the tokens and store them. Now a days fees are gone wild for the GAS in MEW wallet. So its better to collect the tokens if you are getting them from the campaign or something and then go for exchanging with other coins by sending them at an exchanger. This will save up your ETH over the fees by sending at once. After sending to an exchanger you can always wait if think that coin is going to pump otherwise straight away sell it and close the whole thing.  Smiley

If tou believe in your tokens and their projects i suggest to hold for long term for big profits, if you are in need of urgent cash then yes you can cashout at whatever the price you get and at the moment most alts are cheap so you will have to accept the current prices if you want to cashout now.

Why don't you ask this question in the local tread? I think there you can get a more reliable answer which applies to your country. Withdrawal process depending on your location. Some scheme work, some not. If you ask about amount better sell all on the pump, if you like a coin, buy again on lower price.

ETH and then on to Fiat??   Fiat is a car brand? Sorry I didn't understand what you meant. Your question now is to sell some ERC20 tokens? Or do you want to buy some altcoin?Or do you want to know how to dictate your funds?

It depends on whether you like the tokens.
If be optimistic, then you only need to sell part, if not optimistic, then you can sell all.

You are right, if you want more profit and believe in your coins, then you have to wait for the market to start to grow. You have to accept low prices when you urgently need money. I also sometimes need money and I have to sell my coins at low prices.

It really depends on your strategy but mostly, people that trade cryptocurrency prefer to sell all when they are taking their profits this is because when a specific coin reached the amount where an individual thinks that the price might fall after hitting that value is that it will start to go down, and we already know that those new coins or tokens have low volume that can be easily pumped and dumped by big investors. What I do is also take all the profits when I trade altcoins and convert it to either fiat or Bitcoin. But in Bitcoin it is different, I have Bitcoins for trading and Bitcoins for long term holdings this is because it has the highest chance to gain more value in the future.

it really depends on what token/coin you have in mind and when are were talking about. for example a token can be inside a pumping spree or it can be in the dumping craze or it may be stable with no volume. or it may be the initial release on the market. apart from the first case (on the pump) the rest of them means you should sell immediately and sell all. but when it is getting pumped you should sell slowly and sell in small batches to reduce the risk while taking advantage of the pump.

It depends on what type of trade you have made, the type of coin you have bought and what percentage of your your portfolio that coin amounts to.

Generally i trade with not more than 10-15% of my protfolio, the rest i store in BTC/ether/monero as long term holds.

it is generally advisable though to always take some profits if a coins moons a lot ( say your investment in that coins is up at least 50-100% assuming a long term trade), and when you do sell as a rule of thub you should ideally split profits into

1) add  25%-30% of profits into your long term btc/ether stack

2) add 25-30% into your trading stack

3) maybe convert 20-30% into fiat to account for taxes (assuming you are going to pay it) if not its still advisable to convert at least some profit into fiat regularly

4) The balance 10-20% you could maybe use for more riskier trades/icos or just let it remain in the coin instead of selling it (if you feel the coin is worth holding long term)

As I am a long term investor I usually withdraw my profit when the market is good. And it’s totally depends on the location from where you are withdrawing the profit.

If you have participated in a bounty campaign or bought tokens from ico but after a few weeks you realize that project is not living upto the expectations or it is different from what you were thinking then it would be better to sell those coins and hold eth and btc, these two are solid products and overtime value will also increase and secondly you can also cashout them anytime.

My investments are divided into two sides, what I get from participating in bounty companies, I deduce them for use, while others I use as a long-term investment, for a year 3-4 full holda.

I use an exchange that is able to convert into my local currency and then simply sell. I don´t need any complex infrastructure because I don´t move lots of cash.

I also took such a step. I wait and keep holding tokens until the price I want, because the current market situation is cheap, not much profit will be earned. I took the decision to hold on to the belief that the object will develop. If I do not have that belief, I tend to sell it quickly so as not to trade in losses.

If you need money and you are holding tokens and altcoins, you can convert them into ETH or bitcoin and send them out to whatever site offers selling your bitcoins into your local currency and then you can withdraw your money from there. As long as you can find an exchange that is willing to convert cryptos into your local fiat currency and transfer to your bank account then you can get as much as you need.

It truly relies upon your technique however for the most part, individuals that exchange digital money like to offer all when they are taking their benefits this is on the grounds that when a particular coin achieved the sum where an individual conceives that the cost may fall in the wake of hitting that esteem is that it will begin to go down, and we definitely realize that those new coins or tokens have low volume that can be effortlessly pumped and dumped by enormous financial specialists. In any case, in Bitcoin it is unique, I have Bitcoin for exchanging and Bitcoin for long haul property this is on account of it has the most astounding opportunity to acquire an incentive later on

I think you need to have faith on your tokens and their plans behind it. I personally prefer long term investments. If you have enough patience,  then try holding your coins. You won't be disappointed.   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

You really just have to convert the profit that you have made to a more easily exchanged coin like bitcoin and ethereum and you can transfer it to a wallet that supports it being exchanged into your local fiat currency and then you can withdraw the money into your bank account and then buy whatever you want with it. Don't just rush to withdraw because it is always a good idea to reinvest your profits

you can easily withdraw profit from jan if you sell Altcoin to exchanger then you can withdraw it and place it on the bitcoin wallet but you must secure your wallet with 2FA so you can not just steal your funds or bitcoin

You can always look for an exchanger in your country but the first thing you need to do is just look for an application that resides in your country that can convert cryptocurrency on your own fiat in order to determine that you can really use coins or it is legalize in your place.

I don't really get your question. Do you mean you want to get the increment out and them still continue to keep your holdings? If so then you have to be selling them for ETH/BTC, and maybe split them (profit and your initial deposit). You then wait and buy again with your deposit when it dips. But if not so, I think you can convert all to ETH/BTC and then cash out or HODL.

what in your country and there is no ETH / BTC exchange to your local currency?
you should immediately exchange the coin you have to ETH then to your local currency because in the month now coin value is very abnormal, as in my natural, I now have suffered huge losses.

It is best to make an exchange for cash directly with people, so you will not pay commissions. Especially when it comes to large amounts, more than 1 bitcoin.

Selling part by part or 1 lump sum depends on the fees of your exchanges to fiat. For example coinbase charge higher fees for transaction below $200. In this case, selling more than $200 will make sense.

Thank you)

Yeah, that's what i'm doing if i already get my profit but i don't have wallet or tokens so i prefer to buy and put my entire money in coins so that it will grow faster. I withdraw my profit if needed like i don't have enough cash but i need to buy something important like medicines, foods.

Most of the tokens that I have, I keep a minimum of 1-2 years. At the same time, I constantly monitor the price fluctuations for these tokens. During the strong pump I fix part of the profit, and if possible after the correction, I buy coins at a lower price. Thus, I increase the number of available tokens and get a little profit, which I bring to Fiat.

This is a matter of personal choice. For instance, my plan A for this year is to withdraw at the end of the year, given that the market is healthy and with the assumption that btc will hit another all time high in Q4 of 2018.

Well I sell my altcoins and tokens for Bitcoin on exchanges and than withdraw those Bitcoins into my wallet and than later sell those Bitcoins for cash through LocalBitcoins. Although people can also sell their altcoins for Bitcoin and than sell those Bitcoin for fiat on exchanges and later withdraw that fiat directly to your bank accounts.

ICO is legit with long-term holding potential with their innovative product that solves a problem then I will say you hold it, don't rush to sell once it hits an exchange you will regret it later based on my experience, real price starts when the product launches and it took some months and in rare cases year to complete and be usable, but if you really need to sell it then wait for 1 month after the exchange release because some dumpers will surely bring the price down.

I use telegram bots (BTC banker, ETH banker etc.), there is the best course and a small commission for withdrawal.
