Missed my own premine so can't give the promised bounties. I am still willing to work on the Project, website will be ready soon. It's a shame what happened with the premine, but it doesn't matter because I was planing to use it all for bounties. Thanks for your help
dev, much respect. but i can't help but laugh.. we got all these assholes premining 10% of their own coins, and you miss your own -legit- premine.. and you're still here. honest to say the least. i'll stick around cuz of that. hilarious.. and awesome of you.  |

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

30 minutes mining and no block found with 1,2 MH/Sec. but allready 6 rejects.
Is this still ok or do i have to check my mining config?

Can anyone help out with the Cgminer setup for this coin please? Someone that is actual mining with cgminer  cgminer --scrypt -o 127.0.0.1:9888 -u xxxxx -p xxxxxx -I 17 -w 512 insert you own username and password at xxx. make sure it's the same username and password you set it .conf file. *** this is on 2 R9 290X's. adjust your clock speeds and thread conc. ***updated for safety of your gpu. I have the same problem. Any idea? check your Conf file is it VIPcoin.conf in your Roaming/vipcoin path ? and check for ur line on mining http://127.0.0.1:9888 u p it should be |

only 1 connection - nothing but orphans. Any other nodes we can connect to?
Wallet?  using linux client btw - you guys will crack up but there are already 1100+ blocks mined (i.e., 500k coins). I've hit 3 but they were all orphaned. I think these guys have a private network going and aren't sharing to the public quite yet. It is obvious what is going on there are a couple of large miners with big farms or more. They freinds with all these new account devs (part of the same crew) - they ready to go from the start, rapes the coin and the rest of you get nothing. Soon he will have lots of vip for sale. Watch for him on lots of past coins, always there at the very start always has lots of coins for sale. Most people here are just the mugs getting scraps and used to pump the coins popularity. |

Dev you better start making people like this coin by attracting them by replying to posts, do some with giveaways. make some marketing man, advertising on reddit and other media, make more bountys, faucets, etc. Attract pool owners when difficulty is higher.
