Bitcoinalchemy.com is in Beta until tomorrow, then we are in full launch! We have 3 methods of payout, BTC, partial BTC/partial gold/silver or just gold/silver.  Miners also earn bonus points they can use to spend in the presious metals store.
scrypt at the moment with x11, x13 and scrypt-N to follow shortly.

We are US based in Virginia, give us a look.  All feedback appreciated!

Not encouraging. You sell "presious" metals but can't spell it correctly.
