I so want to like this place, and speak as someone who got VIP status,  but as a U.S.A player my available slot selection is abysmal. It's just a huge tease to hear all about the Quickfire games but be prohibited to play them. The recent lockout to Americans of all the Play'N'Go games was the death blow to this site having an appeal to USA slot players. The only games available are generally horrible BetSoft slots that are insanely tight and have virtually no potential for big wins, the Aristocrat games, also fairly tight and with little to no big win potential, and a few various small time provider's slots which are pretty bland/uninteresting to put it kindly.

This site really needs to either pull out of the USA market altogether or find some way to stand out in terms of game selection. One way to really shake things up would be to make a deal with Real Time Gaming who provide the platform for the biggest US facing online slot sites but all of whom refuse to integrate Bitcoin. They're sitting there for the taking - people jaded with fiat currency deposits and withdraws on the RTG sites. Brand their software and implement a Bitcoin deposit /  withdraw payment system and you'll eat Club World/Inetbet/Slotocash 's customer bases for lunch.

I feel exactly this way too, the only games i can play are really generic and lame, I haven't cashed out more than 1 mbtc since last September, I'm a VIP player too, and I really don't feel very VIP at all... The most I won from the really big monthly lottery was like 20 something mbtc I think (which I lost). And I haven't earned any gifts yet...

I would LOVE to love these guys, the quickfire games look sooo fun, and I've read the "coingaming.io" provider website and it says that you can allow whichever countries you want to play your games =( so unless something changed...

There are also some negative feedback about this casino, once one guy won a lot from blackjack and they banned his account, once another guy who won from poker but they said he is in Philipphines, they don't allow PH players there, but online gambling is legal in PH, so it's their excuse not to pay players, be cautious.

And some other guys complaint they were forced to be offline when they got free spins on slots, it's not a honest casino IMO.

Guys, we are quite opened in our conversations and always trying to help customers with their issues. Of course there could be negative feedback as well, while we are the biggest bitcoin casino in the industry. But we have thousands of active players and I'm really sorry that few players got bad experience (and thanks fox19891989 for collection of issues - if you will review our answers, all of the issues were solved or commented within this thread).

Regarding the issue with survey of Time4Btc - I personally checked this survey and you can see the result in our screenshot what I posted earlier in this forum thread. I'm really-really sorry, but how can we know that your numbers won, if we can't physically see these numbers? I really don't know what can we do here...

For those visitors who didn't understand the story, here is a brief overview:
- Besides closed loyalty system, we are making internal monthly free promotions for our VIP players based on a lottery system. Player needs to choose 5 numbers in a lottery and he can win a share of a prize pool (25 BTC within last lottery);
- Last month we made a survey where we want to get some feedback how to make our product better. We sent surveys to all our VIP players, including Time4Btc, and all players who added their thoughts participated in the lottery;
- Unfortunately for some reasons survey of Time4Btc came to our system like that:



In the end we had over 200 participants and some winners, what shows that everything was organized correctly. I don't know the reason why we got survey of Time4Btc in this way, but we had complaints just from this player. And I don't want to argue on who is right and who is wrong - unfortunately we can't do anything about it already.

It seems odd that it only happened to you and your wife.  The support staff was able to read my numbers back to me (I emailed them asking what numbers they had for me just two days ago).     So where are you getting the numbers you picked from?  Do you have a screenshot or something or are they just supposed to take your word that you picked 4 of 5 numbers but it was only an issue with you and your wifes account?

This survey kind of bummed  me out because it was easy to see they gave different amounts of lotto entries by changing the letter of the URL from a to b to c, etc.   My old account that hadn't  been used since December and that had spent 1,000's of coins less was given the option to take the survey and get more entries that my "VIP" account as given.  (For the record I only took the survey once with my main account).

There are always strict restrictions on bonuses, but this is more than that. In this case claiming bonus blocks withdrawal of your own deposit. The last deposit bonus I claimed on fiat gambling site was bet365 where they figured the way to record those amounts separately, you still had amount available for withdrawal + restricted amount (bonus).

And apart from that their T&Cs are very misleading (as per my post above).

Most of the time withdraw is almost instant (within 60 seconds), but sometimes (especially within night shift of our support team) it takes a bit of time. Main thing here is that we are checking each individual withdraw manually. We already had issues in the beginning of our project when some cheaters tried to find loopholes in games, bonuses, etc and we decided to make it manually.
